Footy Prediction Challenge - Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

The promotion is run by Cloud Native, ABN: 83 169 132 183, located at Level 10, 70 Phillip St, Sydney 2000 NSW.

 

2. Promotion Period

  • The Challenge begins on 12 September 2025 and ends at 6:00pm (AEST) on 5 October 2025.

  • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of Cloud Native, their immediate family, and agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible.

  • Only one entry per person per round is allowed, unless otherwise stated.

4. How to Enter

  • Entry is free of charge. No purchase is necessary.

  • Participants must submit their predictions via website form.

  • Predictions must be completed and submitted before the specified deadline for each round. Late entries will not be considered.

5. Determining Winners

  • Winners will be determined based on accuracy of predictions.

  • In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided by the earliest correct submission. Second and third prizes will then follow in order of submission time.

  • Decisions of the organiser are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes are as stated on the promotion page:

    1st Prize: Apple Iphone 17 Pro 
    2nd Prize: Apple Airpod Pro 3
    3rd Prize: AUD$200 Prezee Gift Card 

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Notification

  • Winners will be notified via email within 5 days of the end of the challenge.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

8. Use of Personal Information

  • Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners.

9. Intellectual Property
  • All content associated with the Challenge is the property of Cloud Native.
  • Participants agree not to reproduce or distribute any copyrighted material without prior permission.

10. Liability

  • The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with participation in this promotion, except as required by law.

11. Disqualification

  • The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or breaches these terms.

12. Governing Law

  • This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State/Territory.
